My post the other day got quite a few reblogs by people who were as surprised as I’d been at how a New York Times article would just casually mention that the act of drinking horse semen was normal in both Australia and New Zealand, without providing any kind of reference or source material.
However, as a couple of people (thanks Erin) have since pointed out, the rumour wasn’t entirely unfounded. Some pub in New Zealand did actually pull a stunt last year where they sold horse semen shots as part of some month long whatever WHO CARES WHY THEY DID IT, IT’S FUCKING GROSS OK JESUS CHRIST YOU SICK FUCKS!
Ugh, so yeah. If anyone had been wondering, mystery solved I guess.
